geothermal, aerothermal and solar energy
Most of Kora Green City’s energy comes from nature. Our best assets are the sun, thanks to our solar panels, aerothermal energy and the heat generated below ground, which we extract using geothermal energy. Did you know that we preheat a large part of the water consumed in Kora Green City using a system of 18 boreholes at a depth of 150 metres?
we create conditions inside the building to promote rest and relaxation

The hermetic construction of the building means that the temperature inside is more stable all year round and noise pollution is hardly noticeable, ensuring that our guests get a good night’s sleep. We have also managed to reduce the ventilation speed by 50% compared to standard ventilation, further improving comfort levels It’s the details that count and at Kora Green City everything has a secret!
