Gorka Arrieta has achieved something unique with SUA Basque Fusion: he has brought the essence of Basque cuisine with him through his experiences in Ireland and has returned this amalgam of flavours to Alava, his community of origin. SUA Basque Fusion is a tribute to diversity and a testament to how a passion for cooking can transcend borders.

Once the reservation has been made, payment must be made within 24 hours in order to confirm it. The price of the menu per person is €50 for lunch and €75 for dinner, drinks included.
