At Kora Green City, you can spend a night or stay for a year in our coliving complex. The maximum stay is one year and this is our most enriching experience. In our coliving complex, you will have your own apartment or studio and share the communal work and leisure spaces with people with the same interests and lifestyles as you.
Our long stays are specially designed for digital nomads, entrepreneurs, displaced professionals, researchers, postgraduate students, locals looking for flexible accommodation and people from Vitoria who want to live in a unique place in the city. But above all, they are aimed at passionate, generous, non-conformist and extroverted people who want a different, local and enriching experience.

The rental process is very simple and is arranged through a temporary rental contract that can be signed digitally. At Kora Green City, we make it easy by managing most of the procedures online. Our sales team are also available to advise you at all times.
How long can I stay at Coliving Kora Green City?
Stays at our coliving complex range from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 12 months. The rental price varies depending on the type of apartment you choose and the length of your stay.
What type of accommodation is available at Coliving Kora Green City?
Comfort Studio: Brand new, bright 23 m2 studios with kitchen and bathroom with rainfall shower, queen-size bed (160×200) with high quality mattress, smart TV, desk, fitted wardrobes and open kitchen. We’ve thought of everything to make you feel at home!
Bedroom Apartment: Stylish 47 m2 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 135 x 190 beds. Smart TV, desk, fitted wardrobes and open kitchen. These apartments are perfect for sharing space with a flatmate and sharing expenses. If you don’t have a flatmate in mind, Kora Green City can help you find one!
How much do long stays cost at Coliving Kora Green City?
Prices vary according to the length of stay, with reduced prices for longer stays.
Price range for long stays in a Comfort Studio:
- 1 to 3 months: €1027/month
- 3 to 6 months: €909/month
- 6 to 12 months: €790/month
- 1 to 3 months: €1560/month
- 3 to 6 months: €1380/month
- 6 to 12 months: €1200/month
Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes, all our studios and apartments are furnished and fully equipped to ensure that you feel at home. Everything is ready for you to arrive with your suitcase and immediately make Kora Green City your new home. Kora Green City has a semi-industrial laundry facility within the complex, where you will find washing machines and dryers for 11 kg loads at a cost per wash.
What is included in the residential rates?
Our rates are a fixed ALL INCLUSIVE price
- Free access to 4000 m2 of Dreamfit sports facilities
- Change of sheets and towels + partial cleaning of the apartment (45′), once a week
- Internet
- Water and electricity supplies
- Community charges and other taxes
- In-house maintenance service
- 24-hour concierge service (Spanish, English, French)
- Cleaning after you vacate the studio/apartment
Are there any agency fees or extra costs?
No. If you book directly with us we will not charge you any agency fees, as we rent our studios and apartments directly.
What is the deposit?
The deposits required at Kora Green City correspond to €1200. This deposit is a guarantee against negligent use of accommodation. It will be returned to you after check-out, once our team has verified the correct condition of the rented studio or apartment.
Do I need to provide payslips or any other documents to prove financial solvency?
Yes, you must provide your last two payslips, a certificate of solvency from your bank or any other document that certifies that you are able to pay the rent.
What are the payment options?
The first month’s rent is paid in advance to confirm the reservation, the deposit is paid on the day of arrival at reception, and the staff at Kora Green City collect each new month’s rent in advance, between the 1st and 5th of each month.
What type of Wi-Fi connection do you offer?
Kora Green City works with a hotspot system with coverage throughout the complex, both in the apartments and communal areas, so you will be connected to the network at all times. The speed is sufficient for teleworking, uploading and downloading large files, video conferences, streaming games, etc. If you require more speed, we can automatically increase your bandwidth.
